1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received. We accept reservations via Facebook and Instagram only.

2. Payment: Payment must be made in full to confirm your reservation. Our mode of payment is BDO bank deposit / online transfer only.

3. Check In/Out: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are currently not available.

4. Cancellation & Rebooking: Guests may request to rebook their stay, subject to availability and approval. Rebooking must be made at least 7 days prior to the original arrival date. Additional charges may apply for further rebooking requests. Reservations are non-cancellable but are transferable.

5. Property Rules:

   • Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations and common areas.

   • Maximum capacity of each tiny house/glamping tent is 4 persons only. Guests must book additional accommodations in excess of 4 persons.

   • Pets are not allowed on the beds and must wear diapers when inside the tiny houses/tents.

   • Pet owners must clean up after their pets.

   • Guests are expected to respect the tranquility of the surroundings and fellow guests

   • Use of the facilities, such as the playground and campfire area, is at the guest's own risk.

   • Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.

6. Liability: The Red Barn Davao is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or natural disasters.

7. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control, The Red Barn Davao reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations as necessary. We will make every effort to notify guests in advance and provide alternative accommodations if possible.
